Who I am
My name is Cynthia Soto. I currently work at Manuel Morales Feliciano Bilingual School. I give fourth grade English. I have a BA in English as a Second Language. I am certified to teach at the elementary and secondary level. I have been working with the Department of Education for 13 years.I enjoy my job very much.
